Culinary builds one fixed tasting-style menu for the entire room. The menu rotates each month, but the premise stays intact: taste first, value it afterward.
Dietary accommodations will be listed when each menu is announced.
Talk it over—or don’t. Write the amount you believe the food earned. There is no “correct” answer waiting behind the curtain.
Reservations are limited, and the 60-cover cap will not expand after a date fills.
